Your lyrics are the most sensitive thing here and they are treated that way. They are not used to train any model, they are not sold or shared, they are stored in the EU, and they are kept out of our error reports on purpose.

There is no analytics, no advertising and no third-party tracking in this product. Not switched off: absent. The moment that changes, the choice moves onto your account page.

Your accountEmail address, and a display name if you give one. A password, held by our authentication provider and never by us.

Your workSongs, sections, lines, versions, exports and the sentence you wrote about what a song is about.

Generation recordsWhich prompt version, which model, how long it took, and a hash of the output. Never the prompt text and never the lyric.

Audit recordsWhich action, by which account, at what time, with the IP address and browser. Used to answer “who changed this” and nothing else.

Songs, lines and versions stay until you delete them or delete your account. Exports are removed after 30 days. Any audio you upload is removed after 90 days. The IP address on an audit record is removed after 30 days; the record of the action itself is kept.

Deleting your account removes your profile, your songs and everything attached to them. It cannot be undone.

Five companies process data on our instruction. Nobody else receives it.

SupabaseDatabase, accounts and file storage, in the EU (Frankfurt). Holds your account and everything you write.

AnthropicWrites lines when you ask for them. Receives the part of the song your request is about. Does not train on it.

OpenAIThe same, used only when the first provider fails. Does not train on it.

SentryError reports, in the EU. Receives which page broke and how, with the request body, cookies, tokens and query string stripped before anything is sent, and your account reduced to an id. Never a lyric.

ResendSends the email about your account: the confirmation link when you sign up or change your address, and the reset link when you forget your password. Receives your email address and the content of those messages, nothing else.

To give you the product you asked for: your account, your songs and the lines you request. That is a contract between us, and it is the basis for almost everything on this page.

To keep the service standing and honest: rate limits, audit records and error reports. That is our legitimate interest in a product that is not abused and can be debugged, weighed against your privacy, which is why an error report carries no lyric and an audit record loses its IP address after a month.

You can see and change your details on the account page, and download everything you have written as one file from the same page. You can delete your account there too, which erases it.

You also have the right to object to processing, to ask for a correction, and to complain to your data protection authority. In the Netherlands that is the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.

Only the ones that keep you signed in. No analytics cookies, no advertising cookies, nothing that follows you to another site. Two small things are remembered in your own browser and never sent to us: whether the margin beside your lyrics is open, and what you had typed but not yet sent.
